Any item purchased online from www.guzzleh2o.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase. Items must be in new condition. Filter cartridges must be in original plastic wrapping. Used filter cartridges may not be returned. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
