SHIPPING

We make every attempt to ship orders within 1 business day. US Ground orders typically ship via UPS and arrive between 1-5 business days. **All shipping companies are having difficultly consistently meeting their estimated delivery times. Unfortunately this is out of our control. If you would like your order within a specific timeframe, please upgrade your shipping to expedited service.

International orders ship via the method chosen at checkout. We are constantly striving to make shipping more affordable, but it has been increasingly difficult in the current world situation. We prefer UPS and DHL due to their tracking details and typical delivery time. US Postal Service can be requested by contacting us.

The buyer is responsible for VAT, duties, and other local taxes.

RETURNS

Any item purchased online from www.guzzleh2o.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase. Items must be in new condition. Used filter cartridges may not be returned. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. For a return authorization, or to coordinate an exchange, please email info@guzzleh2o.com

At Guzzle H2O we believe one of the ways we can reduce trash and our ecological footprint is to build quality products that last a lifetime. We also know that our customers are adventurous and push the limits of their gear. Guzzle H2O products are designed and built to be easily repaired and refurbished.
