At Guzzle H2O, we’re here to support your adventures every step of the way. This page covers everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and product repairs for our drinking water systems.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make every attempt to ship your order within 1 business day.

  • Domestic Orders (USA):
    Most ground and air shipments go via UPS and typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders using a PO Box will ship via the US Postal Service (USPS)
  • International Orders:
    We ship worldwide via DHL. When you select your country and currency at checkout, applicable duties, VAT, and taxes are often included in the total price. In some regions, these fees appear separately at checkout - but either way, your order should arrive without additional charges or duty due at delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind every Guzzle H2O product. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Filter cartridges must remain in their original wrapping.
  • Used filters cannot be returned.
  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENTS

At Guzzle H2O we believe one of the ways we can reduce trash and our ecological footprint is to build quality products that last a lifetime. We also know that our customers are adventurous and push the limits of their gear. Guzzle H2O products are designed and built to be easily repaired and refurbished.
